Accuracy of the information
We check the facts on this site at the source, such as CBS (Statistics Netherlands), the municipality of Waalwijk and event organisers. Every page lists its sources and the date of the last check. Dates, prices and opening hours can change, so always check them with the organiser or the business before you set off. If you spot a mistake, please report it through the contact form.
Events calendar
An event only appears in the calendar with a date once the organiser or the municipality has announced that date. Until then it says "date to follow". No rights can be derived from the calendar.

Waalwijk Moments
On the Waalwijk Moments page you can send in a photo of your own. A person reviews every submission before it goes online. Only send photos you took yourself, and make sure recognisable people in the photo agree to publication. We do not publish the following photos:

- Violent or graphic content
- Hateful or discriminatory content
- Illegal content
- Not related to Waalwijk (spam or advertising)
- Shows a minor without a parent or guardian's consent
To have a published photo removed, send a message through the contact form. The image at the top of that page is an AI illustration and is labelled as such.
